Charmed Stables boasts lush pastures and trails.  There are 70 acres on the property, which contains 10 paddocks and several hay fields.  Herds are kept small and each paddock has its own shelter, water trough, hay feeder and salt bucket.  There is also a large sand ring outside, as well as two large round rings available for training, etc., and plenty of parking.  Our hay fields produce much of the hay we harvest ourselves and use to feed the horses.  Boarders also have access to ride around the groomed areas surrounding our hay fields.

Of course there is also the bright, 80 by 160 foot Megadome indoor arena with lights and sand footing, which is attached to our two barns.  The indoor arena can be used for all disciplines.

The barns can house up to 23 horses in their large box stalls.  Stalls in the first barn are rubber matted with shavings and the second barn has dirt floors with shavings.  Each stall has an automatic water bowl and water bucket(s), with a window to the out of doors and to the aisle-way.  There are tack up spots throughout the aisle-ways, as well.

The first barn houses a horse shower stall with either hot or cold water, two heated tack rooms and a heated lounge area with a two piece bathroom.  Each tack room contains full sized lockers with plenty of room to store tack inside the lockers and above.  As well, there is a feed room for grain storage for boarders requiring grain and supplements.
